Our current system landscape includes SAP R/3 (for MM/HR/PM/FI/CO/PS), SAP ESS/MSS on EP6, in house developed special applications on Microsoft.Net platform and special packages for Production/Plant maintenance areas.
We are in SAP ECC 5.0 and would be focusing on extended Business Intelligence solutions based on SAP NetWeaver concept in addition to implementing e-Procurement (SRM), e-payment in the near future.
Responsibilities
§ Lead the team on business requirements gathering, process mapping and process documentation.
§ Responsible for system configuration and testing and creating all associated configuration documents, test scenarios and results.
§ Resolve issues for on-going support of SAP solution-understanding business impact of issue, analysis of possible solutions and implementation of the same.
§ Provide gap analysis reports for SAP solutions and creating functional specifications for enhancements/modifications.
§ Provide user training and designing all related tutorials/training manuals.
Skills/Experience
· Minimum of 6+ full lifecycle SAP HR R/3 implementations and 10+ years of industry experience.
· Strong background in all Human Resources functions, including Payroll, Time Management and all other HR processes, preferably in the Oil & Gas industries.
· Must have hands-on ABAP programming experiences related to HR.
· Must have hands-on SAP workflow configuration experience related to HR.
· Must have implementation experience on mySAP HCM, e-recruiting and Talent Management solution.
· Must have strong background in DI/CO integration and all configuration related to HR.
· FI/CO basic configuration knowledge will be an add advantage.
Minimum Requirements
· University degree in B.Sc degree or equivalent is a must and MIS degree is an an added advantage.
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Strong leadership skill and experience.
· Strong Project management skill and experience are highly required.
· Understands application architectures.
· Can convert business requirements into a design.
· Should be able to play the role of module lead and mentor a small team of developers in programming, design and documentation.
· Has an effective client interaction skill.
Remuneration Package:
